◆ On-site Purchase Procedure ◆
All miscellaneous expenses, such as travel fees and appraisal fees, are free, so there is no burden on you.
Even if you are not satisfied with the appraised amount, we will not charge any fees, so please feel free to use our service.
1. Inquiry
Please tell us your residential area, what genres and how many items you have via email, LINE, or phone. Depending on the quantity, content, and location, we may ask you to send photos.
In that case, if you can send photos of the book spines so that the titles are visible, we can give you an estimated appraisal.

We will also arrange the schedule at that time. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to ask.
2. We will visit your designated location.
The shop owner will visit your designated location at the agreed-upon time.
Books you wish to sell can be left on bookshelves or in cardboard boxes.
Our staff will handle all tasks such as organizing and carrying out the items.
3. Appraisal of items to be sold
As a rough estimate for the work time, for 50-100 books, it should take about 1 hour from appraisal to removal. Based on our experience in the used book industry, we will thoroughly appraise both old and new books.
・If there are book covers, it would be greatly appreciated if you could remove them beforehand to ensure smooth operations.
・Even damaged books or books without barcodes that cannot be purchased by major retailers will be purchased based on their content and rarity. We also purchase items other than books, so please feel free to consult us.
4. Payment
If you are satisfied with the appraised amount, we will pay you in cash on the spot.
If the purchase amount is high, we may make a bank transfer.
◆ Mail-in Purchase Procedure ◆
We are always looking for mail-in purchases from all over Japan, including those living in remote areas.
1. Inquiry
Please tell us, either by photo or verbally, what genres of books you have and approximately how many, via email or phone. (If sending photos, please ensure the book spine titles are visible.)
Preliminary estimates are also available, so please feel free to inquire.

Please note that we may decline to purchase books depending on their content or condition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
※If you would like to know the appraised value of each book, please let us know in advance.
2. Packing and Shipping Books
Please include one copy of your identification [driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.] and the printed [Mail-in Purchase Application Form] below. Prepare a cardboard box (total length + width + depth within 160 cm, under 25 kg) and send it to us cash on delivery.

3. Appraisal of items to be sold
Once the books and other items you sent arrive at our store, we will begin the appraisal.
Book appraisals will be completed in as little as the same day, or in 2-3 days at most.
After completion, we will notify you of the appraisal results using your preferred method.
4. Payment
If you are satisfied with the appraisal results, we will immediately pay the purchase amount to your designated bank account.
Important Notes
We cannot make a bank transfer unless the name on your identification matches the name on the bank account.
If items are returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs upon delivery. If you provide photos of the books or details about them in advance, we can provide a rough estimate of the appraisal amount. Thank you for your understanding.
